OOPS!

Do not weigh-in again until Saturday morning. You may very well be pushing it too hard. That is WHY I WANTED you to REST yesterday.I will give you another rest day this week. YOU MUST TAKE IT!!!Don't make me fly over there...you know I will... :) :) T

Yikes! I guess I should not have walked hills for 50 minutes yesterday. I explained that I took Friday and off and he still said I should have taken another day off yesterday. He wants me to be prepared for what is to come this week. I AM SCARED! So I will weigh and take pictures Saturday. Being the freak I am too I am thinking I should do some early morning cardio if I am going to have another day off! I need to get these thighs to slim down! Normally its my hips that are the last to go, now it seems to be the outer thighs?? I think my tummy pooch will always be there. Even at 110 lbs I had a pooch, but I didn't have proper nutrition so we'll see!

One more day of inventory:(

UGH! I am so tired of counting crap. My hubby joked that he doesn't think i'll feel like counting my sheep trying to fall asleep:) He was right. I have one more day of this crap. Today is when the auditors come in and spot check stuff and if something isn't right I have to reconcile it blah blah blah.....

I am going to Starbucks this morning to get a Venti Iced Caffe Americano with 3 splendas!

I just want to get this day over with. I got up yesterday put my now getting pretty roomy pants on HOORAY and went off to work. Did I mention I worked 16 hours yesterday? Anyway guess who wanted to come out yesterday? Aunt Flo!! She has been on her way for the last week now and she picked one crappy time to get here. It was crazy though once she was here I swear my once roomy pants were now tight to the max!! I just chugged the water and didn't eat the pizza they ordered last night. I don't feel as puffy today. Got my workout from Tony and it looks great!!! After work I am going to relax in the cancer coffin.

Seeing changes

I was asked today if I was losing weight!! Hooray! Of course in my mind I think was I really getting that fat? But then again people tell me I don't need to lose any. They don't see me naked though I feel sooo much better than I did 3 1/2 weeks ago. My work pants are getting loose!

Tomorrow is rest day for me because I will be at work from 7:00am until 11:30 pm DARN INVENTORY. Tony just told me to remember on your rest day your training is your diet! I will be packing lots of extra protein in tomorrow lunch:)

Ouch!!

I don't know which is worse, doing legs, or the cardio that follows!! I am going to be so sore tomorrow. I made is downstairs alright to fix my MRP but I think getting back up to take my shower is going to suck!!

Eating is still going great! I ate a whole can of green beans today???? I measured it out and it was correct. I love them though so its all good. Tony said as long as I rinse, canned ones are fine:)

AAGGHH! My mom just call and we are having cake tomorrow for my sister's b-day. I just told her I would come but i'm not eating cake. She said I expected that:)

Bloated

I feel so bloated today:( How can chicken and asparagus make you bloated? I think Aunt Flo is on her way. Hooray! NOT! I had an awesome shoulder workout and finished with 20 minutes of cardio. That is the longest Tony has made me do cardio so far??? Tomorrow will be legs and I am going to kick butt! The workout looks great and I can't wait!

I am 22 days with NO CHOCOLATE! Aunt Flo isn't going to force me to eat it! I will prevail!

Who needs sleep anyway!

I got to bed at 5:00am and i'll be danged if I am up at 9:00am. There is something let just won't let me sleep in!!!

I had soooo much fun last night dancing with all the young boys;) I love them all too because when I would tell them "back off" because, well, you know how some of them get, I would mentioned being married for 7 years as the reason I don't want you grabbing my ass!!!!! Oh yeah, I love them because they thought I looked 22!!!!! Actually the group we hung with were pretty cool and cute:)

I went out with my friend Louisa, her friend Rachael, my sister Rachel and her friend Rachel!!! That was weird??? We danced for 3.5 hours straight and let me tell you there may not be extra cardio today because i'm getting old and my legs are killing me!! I drank water all night and I still feel like crap this morning I guess do to all the smoke and loud music. Dang, I am old.

Oh and I forgot, my hubby texted me at 2:30 last night and we are hosting the Colts and Patriots party tonight!!!! I'll have to get a lot of non-tempting appetizers so I don't accidentally slip something in my mouth. It'll be salmon burgers and brocolli for me:)

Why????

Is asparagus so dang expensive??? I know the supply and demand is not a factor. Who seriously buys asparagus?

I usually do all of my shopping at Target and now I remember why. Today I did early shopping at Target and thought I'll go to Kroger to see if they have any chicken or fish on sale. When I got there Papa Murphy's(pizza place)was in the lobby handing out free samples. It about made me throw up when I saw all the fat people standing in line just to get there little taste. Like they don't know what it tastes like they obviously have eaten it before. There prices are higher on a lot of things and they don't have cute clothes to look at. I'll always be a faithful Target shopper where the restrooms are clean, it's not crowded and they have a Starbucks Spaz

No I didn't get a coffee from there. If I did it would have been an iced cafe americano with 3 splendas! There's only 20 calories!

I'm going out for my sister's b-day tonight so I called and left Tony a message. I don't know if I should eat again around 9 or 10 or what. I'll probably be out until 1:30. I am normally in bed by 9:00 so I am all confused. I bought a redline energy drink so I will have a little pep. Those things make me poop too! TMI

I had an awesome ab/cardio day today. I was really focused and expect to be sore tomorrow WooHoo!! Tomorrow is rest day which in Tony's mind means only cardio Running

The Good and The Bad

I did early morning cardio today!! Yippee!! Also, last night my husband needed something to take to a pitch in sooo....I had a box of brownies from pre-Tony and I made those. I am glad to report that I didn't not have one drop of them!! It was hard and I tortured myself by smelling them but not one drop!

The bad news is I ate a Twizzler!! I don't even like those things I don't know what I was thinking????

I also want you to know that everytime I am on the computer I have to take time out for this





She is crazy but everytime I tell ya!! Play with me, Play with me!! I love her so I do:)
That is fresh new carpet too by the way. I just had my first fresh new spill on it right now oops! Rocky Road protein shake, eh it blends in!

Hooray for shoulder day!

So today at work they ordered pizza. After eating my chicken and asparagus I was still hungry. I tried to chug some more water (which by the way Beka I am at 6L I am catching up) and that didn't work. I couldn't take it I went to the break room and filled a plate with nice mouth watering........salad. Yes salad, I did have a few banana peppers and 2 slices of pepperoni on it! I wasn't going to eat the pizza sillies! Thumbs Down





Good One!!!

A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a New England Patriots fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they are Pats fans too. Not really knowing what a Pats fan was, but wanting to be liked by their teacher, their hands fly into the air.

Hump Day!

Well my early morning cardio is complete. Did I mention I did it yesterday too? GO ME!!
I only walk at 4.5 mph for 35 minutes so it isn't an all out sweat fest. I have to keep it sort of quiet so my hubby doesn't wake up! Trying to run isn't that quiet for me:) I have just been waking up earlier than normal and wide awake and I love it!! Tonight is lots of chest and abs. Tony really wants me to build up my chest which I think can only be done with implants:)

Legs are done!

Thanks for your words of encouragement Stacey! That really helped me get through today. Tony also called me right before(weird how he does that)and I told him I dislike legs. He told me not to think negative and think that they are my favorite thing to do. So when we ended our conversation I said "i'm off to do legs now, man I love doing legs!" Of course he loved that!!!

Most people can't wait for leg day. Me on the other hand I dread it because I use to work my legs and they got to bulky:( Maybe now with Tony though he can't put nice lean muscles on them:) Also on leg extensions and curls I have no idea what weight to be using?!# I always feel like after I am done I could go heavier. I am a wuss and i'll admit it. Just don't piss me off when I am drinking something with vodka in it cause then I am not a wuss. Maybe I should take vodka to work in the morning? It looks like water!! NO NO Vodka is fattening! The vanilla kind is really good! NO NO Vodka is fattening!

I really wouldn't take vodka to work;) I am going out this weekend to celebrate my little sister's b-day though and I signed up to be the DD so no alcohol for me!! Wasn't that smart of me?? Usually i'm the one people have to carry in! I'll let you know how my workout went tonight when i'm done with it!!

WooHoo that is 6lbs of flub gone!!! I am so focused it's crazy!

Since I was 17 I have roller coastered between 109~145lbs. After I got married 7 years ago I was around 115. This was because I was excercising-only jogging-3miles 3-4x a week. A couple years after that I gain about 5 lbs which isn't too bad unless your short and then it sucks. 4 years ago my parents got divorced and I got down to 112lbs. Of course when I saw myself I though I was still fat. This wasn't a healthy looking time for me nor was I doing it the healthy way. After I recovered from that I haven't weighed myself until this year!!!! At the Dr I tell them not to let me know. When I hopped on this year I was horrified! This morning when I hopped on I was like bring it on! I may not ever been 112 again but that is okay. I just want my flub gone, muscles popping, and for my hubby to be like D-A-M-N!

Another Great Day!

Eating was 100% clean and I made it through a tough workout. Wow that felt good too:) I may even take another couple shots of ACV and LJ. I kind of like the stuff now???? I'd also like to mention that since I quit taking a million different kind of diet pills my stomach feels soooo much better. My hubby always told me that is what was causing my stomach problems. I think he was right although I will never tell him that :)

My dogs are barking!!

I seriously need to get new running shoes. Any suggestions? I've tried Nike Shox before and did not like them. I have Nike Free right now and the backs busted out of them finally. I like New Balance maybe I'll try some of those?



My workout out was great today! My weigh in is Monday so I may do some extra cardio this weekend. I am going to work tomorrow to prepare for inventory UGH! It's raining here though so it won't be too bad. I told Tony about my cruise. He said that when that time comes we will prepare for it and he will give me strategies to prevent that 7lb gain I tend to take home as a souvenir. Okay I am doing great right now but when those souffles and mousses are in front of my face I am chowing down!

Ass shot




Okay, I can feel my pants are looser and I don't feel all bloated. When Mike went to lay on "old faithful" last night he couldn't get comfy. I call my stomach pooch that because I am bony on the shoulders and chest so if he lays there he is comfortable:) This makes me realize I need to keep on going stronger than ever. Usually about this time I start slacking because you all know how it goes. Hmmmm...well one cookie won't hurt? Eh, Tortilla chips are all natural! I will stay to plan!! I...can't...feel...my...legs.....

Tonight was legs ugh. They are still recovering from last Wednesday:( I made it through though. Tomorrow is Chest, this is my week muscle. I need to really concentrate tomorrow so I can at least get some muscle under my AA cup and look like i have something.

We are going to take my brother-n-law and sister out to dinner tonight. He got a new and great paying job. I am so happy for him and her. I am going to stay on plan and have the greek salad but without feta cheese this time darnit. OOh and chicken on it yummy!

This is officially the longest I have been without chocolate!!! I kept eyeballing the bag of hershey's kisses today and wanted to take one but I didn't. It is not worth it!

By the way, I got up and did extra cardio this morning!! Yay for me:)

I hate Mondays


I really hate Mondays! My job isn't so bad except for right now. Inventory is coming up and to most people it's not a big deal but for me this is my job. I have to make sure everything we have in our building is in the system etc...it's a pretty big responsibility for little 'ol me. I also keep finding black hair in my head AAGGGHHH!!! I would rather them be gray I think.

Anyway, I had a great shoulder and bicep workout today. I am still trying to get a feel for the poundage I should be using. I don't want to kill my self since I workout with only Boomer in the house and she wouldn't be much help. Don't get me wrong she is 56lbs. and has huge legs and is really quick but I still don't think she would be much help:) My eating has been right on but today before lunch I almost felt like I was going to throw up I was sooooo hungry. After I ate though I was fine and full! Then at 4:15 when I got home from work I was starving again. I ate a handful of nuts okay maybe more than a handful. I think I read somewhere you're not suppose to eat nuts before or after a workout but oh well. Then I made my MRP and took a couple of sips. NEVER AGAIN!!! After lifting I hopped on the treadmill and had to burp and some of it came up!! It was nasty! So no more drinking before running.

I didn't do my extra cardio this morning so I will do it tomorrow! I will do it tomorrow! I will do it tomorrow!!!

Weekends almost over

Today was a lazy day around the house. Everyone needs those sometimes though. I got on the treadmill for 60 minutes and that was it today. I've set my alarm for a half an hour earlier so I will get my butt out of bed and do 30 min of cardio before work. Those are my plans anyhow. I use to be an early morning person until they went and may us do daylight savings time!! Yes I know Indiana is a little behind. This seriously screwed me up though. It was either be on Chicago's time or New York's time and I would rather be on New York's time because it would get lighter earlier. I think it is a conspiracy with the golfers so they can play longer at night. Well the joke is on them it's dark by 5:30 but the weather has been unusually warm this year!! Anyway that is my excuse for now for not wanting to do double cardio but I will start at least twice a week.

I could not do this without my hubby's support that is for sure. He has been eating a lot healthier too. He is tall and thin and can run like the wind anyway but a good diet has never hurt anyone. Tonight when I was fixing dinner I put the usual protein and green veggie on my plate but then I put the same on his plate with a portion of brown rice and sweet and sour sauce mmmmmm....sweet and sour sauce. This way his stuff will taste a little better and he will keep me around.

Ahhhh Saturday!

I love Saturdays! They are so relaxing. What I hate is the fact that I love clipping coupons like crazy. and today it seems everything I have never seen a coupon for but would buy now had a coupon. Sorry string cheese, 8th Continent Soy Milk, bye bye yogurt, and sorry fajita chicken strips your too salty:( Oh and I forgot to mention you 100 calorie packs of oreos I will miss you like you wouldn't believe. Weird thing is I really don't miss you yet?? Time to go to Target, I love that place!!

Still Going Strong!!

Today went great! My headaches are gone. I think the going off of diet pills and the sugar buzz I had been on all last week did me in. My workout was awesome as usual. Man, my legs are toast though!! That was Wednesday's workout and they keep getting more sore. They feel better when I am on the treadmill though. Tomorrow I think I will throw some extra cardio in somewhere in the day. Big football game tomorrow GO COLTS!! I am not really a fan but that is all I hear about around here. My husband is going to some friends to watch but I will stay here so I don't splurge, cause yes I know myself I would.

I got my workout for tomorrow Back and triceps WhooHoo! Getting workouts is like a present everyday!!!

No Hershey Kisses for Me!! ps Tony called!

Today at work this lady brought in a bag of Hershey's Kisses. She did her usual and threw five on my desk. Normally I would have had them eatin before they hit my desk but now not!! I can't believe the willpower I have right now. I was eating lunch and half way through it I was full????? I definetly wan't eating it for the taste if you know what I mean but I need the protein and vitamins:)

Yes, when I got home I ran upstairs got naked(the benefits of working out at home) and turds I forgot my workout sheet downstairs. So on my way the phone was ringing and it was you guessed it Tony!! I wonder if he knew I was talking to him naked that he would be weirded out?? He is so positive I love it!!!

Wow, I will be sore tomorrow! I got my workout for tomorrow too and it looks awesome if I can finish after today!! My eating was spot on again I am sooo proud of myself. I will put a side view pic up. I am not ready for the rear view yet. Once I have a good 12 week or maybe even 4week comparison I may brave that one. I tend to gain all my weight in my rear and hips:(

First Day with Tony


Well this is the first day of my fat-fighting battle. I have gained at least 10 lbs since the summer YUCK!! At least this time I know why. For some reason I could not resist the cookies and tortilla chips this year. I have cleaned out my cabinets and I am ready for a fresh start.


My meals went perfect today and I have them prepared for tomorrow. My workout was great as well. I think I could have went heavier on the weights. I have learned from day one that I have been overtraining and undereating. This equals flubby April. I can't wait for the end of 12 weeks to see my results. I haven't told Tony yet that I have a cruise schedule for April 28th. Oh well I'll let him know some day:)
This will be gone and I will be a little hot chick in a bikini!!
