I made it!

I made it through my detox day!! I am so exhausted. I did my workout early this morning and I am so glad I made that choice. I did another 30 minutes on the treadmill this evening and about died. Tomorrow is no carb and I can't wait to get up in the morning and inhale eggwhites w/ splenda of course:) Actually I wasn't really even hungry today just worn out. It is now 8:00p and i'm going to bed.

Mike and I are going shopping for our cruise tomorrow. I am in need of new shorts and cute tops. I've also got to squeeze in 2 hours of cardio. That wasn't a typo I have to do 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr in the evening. I have my weigh in on Monday and it better be a good one after all of this.

It's Friday

I love this new MRP shake!!! I tried the chocolate today and maybe it's just because I am deprived of chocolate but it is awesome!!

I worked back and triceps today and I am increasing on weights HOORAY!! Man this shake is good. On my 5 miler yesterday my walk/runs were between 6.5 and 8.0. I always walk at 4.0. It seemed the longer I went the faster my runs got which I thought was weird?? So today I only had a 15 min interval at the end of the workout and I did it at 6.0~6.5.

I guess my legs were beat from yesterday. So I haven't got the dreaded detox from Tony yet but i'm anxiously awaiting it. He told me I will be able to tell a difference in my body from tomorrow morning till Sunday evening. I'm sure he was thinking fat wise but i'm thinking no energy! My in-laws are coming over tomorrow and my hubby warned them I am on a liquid diet tomorrow so eating is not an option. His mom needs to go to Penney's though so he is going to meet them there and eat with them. I love his parents!!

Okay, so Tony called me. Tomorrow I have a "secret shake" I will be drinking for breakfast and dinner. The rest of the day is chicken broth. MMMM...I can't wait. Sunday is protein only followed by cardio, cardio, cardio.

This is what I feel like after running 5.25 miles today. Today was walk/run only day. Boy am I beat.

Well just got through talking with Tony. I am going on a detox diet this weekend?? I am not sure what it entails but when I find out I will let you know.

I love the UPS man!

I've been trying to decide on an MRP to take after my workouts. Tony gave me three options and I have decide on this one:

I am excited to see if it helps my progress! I will definetly miss my apple after my workout. Coming from an eating disordered background I just couldn't go with the one that had 350 cals and 30 carbs!! I will be totally mentally sane about this some day Bag Head

I had an awesome chest workout and I think it is because mentally Stacey put in my mind that the "MR" makes you stronger!! This is week twelve for me and many more.

I have definetly lost fat and weight and am anxious to pack on some muscle!! Flexed Arm

Off work early!!

I had to take this guy to the airport that I work with this afternoon so I am home early!! It is gorgeous out right now i'm loving it! I wish my dog still liked to walk but she won't go:(

Tonight is shoulders and biceps. I really need to increase the weights on the biceps but I can't seem to do it?? I am weak in that area. Some day i'll curl 80 lbs but for now half of that will do. It is 3:00 right now so I am patiently awaiting my workout. 4:00 people, you know I can't do anything off of schedule.

Here are some pics of my workout center:) I do everything at home. I admit too that nutrition is key. My greek salad with chicken and then straight to bed this weekend was not good on the 'ol body. This morning my rings were tight and normally they are loose. After 6L of water so far today they are loose again though!!
Of course I have my gayzelle too!!

Back Home Again in Indiana!

Wow I had a busy weekend. I went to Beka's show on 4 hours of sleep, not good:) I loved going to the show it was awesome! It was my first but definetly not the last.

Beka looked incredible! It was neat seeing her, Michelle, and Stef in person. I think I recognized someone else from tracker while I was there? I think I definetly want to do this show thing sometime. I have a lot more fat to lose and muscle to gain but I can handle it.

The competitors look so little its funny. I'm 5'3 and I swear I felt 6 foot tall next to some of them. I can't believe how tiny Beka is in real life. I can't wait for my abs to look like Beka's someday.

I took some pics but then realized I didn't have it set to portrait so some are fuzzy. Note to everyone: Don't have April take pics at your show:( Good thing Michelle and Stef were there too!

After Beka finished I went back to the hotel ate a greek salad with chicken and crashed. I was soooo tired and hungry. Probably wasn't the best thing to do eat and go right to bed but oh well. Today is a new day and i've got my workout done and it rocked. I am seeing veins I haven't ever seen before!!!

Road Trip!

My hubby and I love taking road trips and it is so pretty out right now. I'll be traveling to go see Beka HOORAY! She is looking awesome!

My legs are so sore today and it could be the 7 miles total I ran and dancing for 4 hours???? I am going to do my Saturday workout tomorrow instead of today. I only got 4 hours of sleep and I feel I wouldn't give it my all so I will crank it out tomorrow:) It's biceps and triceps so I need to be strong.

I have my bag packed and snacks packed Sunshine I am the worse packer ever. I have like 8 outfits even though i'll probably wear the same one the whole time. Better safe than sorry though.

Day off

So I've had a great day off today. Everything is going as planned Multicolor My massage felt so good this morning I wish I could get one every week. I am just sitting around waiting to get my hair cut.

I fell asleep for a bit and then my phone rang. It was Tony. He just called to see how it was going, just calling for the heck of it....oh yeah, tomorrow I want you to do extra cardio!! I hope you have time for it. Well, i'm going to Beka's comp but I am sure I can squeeze it in somewhere. Spinnng

I got a new scale too and it says I am 2 lbs heavier than the other one I have?? The new one is digital so I will use it. It read 121 this morning. Oh well the thought of being under 120 was nice for a bit;) Really i'm not sweating it because I see new lines and clothes are getting bigger everyday!!!!

I will be napping again after my hair cut because this old lady can't hang anymore. My sister and her friends will be going all night long!! Moonwalker Rave

Off day tomorrow!

Not from working out Teethy I had an awesome ab crit workout today! I took a vacation day from the place that allows me to eat healthy and have my own home gym. Here is my agenda for the day:

6a-wake up, why this early? my body just does for some reason,

7a-by this time I will haven't drank coffee and ate breakfast

8a-this is the best one!! I will be getting an hour massage!! I so need this!

9a-go tan

9:30a-home and take a shower

10~4:30-somewhere in here I need to go to Kohl's and buy new undies(mine are too big)

4:30p-get my hair cut

10p-drink a redline, going out with sister and her friends!! Cheers 2

I did it! I did it!

I am below 120! My weigh in was at 119.2 today! Don't be too happy with me though because I celebrated by eating 9 peanut M&Ms.

Tony told me to get in a lot of extra cardio this week and I am going to weigh again next week. I am sure I will get a lot of inspiration at Beka's show this weekend.

This may be the first time I don't have anxiety about wearing a bathing suit in public! My husband will be so happy for me to just chill out and have fun.

Leg cramps???

I don't know if it was the lack of carbs or what but my legs are cramping like crazy. To make matters worse tony e-mailed my workout and it says do an ALL-OUT jog at the end. I can do it. I'll probably feel better after I have my nice warm bowl of oatmeal and egg whites.

Overall, no carbs was no problem. I didn't crave celery or broccoli. Happy

I stayed busy all day yesterday. My hubby, boomer and I went trail walking. I felt like a wuss, again maybe lack of carbs? I never feel tired walking but I did yesterday. When I got on the treadmill last night I put it at 10% incline like I have done in the past and could only do it for 2 minutes!!!!! Normally I can do that all night long.

I also went to the mall and got 3 new cute summer tops. So in with the new and out with the old. Mike was helping decide what to throw out. So in the midst of this I thought hmmmm....wonder if I can wear those short now? I tried on every pair of shorts that I didn't wear last summer because they were a little tight and they all fit with plenty of room. Dancing

Mike said he was proud and now I won't have to buy new shorts. Silly man, I will have to buy new shorts cause my body is going to get smaller. By the way my new swimsuit is a small!! I have never bought a small suit in my life. I still have some improvement but at least it fits. I took the M and the L bottoms to try on. I tried the M on first and there was a lot of room in the butt area. This is coming from someone who always filled the butt out.(you've seen the pics)

I'm doing great! I even bought a new suit at Target this morning:) I took pictures today so I can see if this no carb thing really works???

That lower tummy bulge I don't think will ever go away?? Sad thing is i've never been pregnant so I don't have that excuse:)

Preparing for NO CARB

Tonight I am going to cheat. Yes, I said it. I am going to have a 100 cal popcorn and a Diet Rite! Watch out! I didn't eat my small salad at dinner so that my popcorn carbs won't be extra. I am preparing for my no carb day. Text to Tony:

I am not going to buy the nuts Peanuts at Target tomorrow. I am the type of person that puts the whole handful in my mouth at once. I do however have peanuts for my hubby that are shelled. I buy them this way because it's not worth my time to unshell them. I am safe that way. I'll post tomorrow how I am doing. Breakfast will be the hardest. After that it'll be a piece of cake. Mmmmmmm........cake Cake 2

I got my shoes!

What you can't see in this pic is the pain on my face. My hubby says I am going to break my ankle. This is one time I will admit he is probably right. I will practice though!

Hubby doesn't like it because i'm taller in them:) He like's me short.

Had a great back workout tonight! I just love working my back. Here is a progress pic. I am starting to see things form back there!!
