Perfect Timing!

I got a surprise "How are ya"? call from Tony right before walking into my in-laws yesterday. It is like he could smell the hamburgers, hot dogs, pork chops, baked beans, macaroni salad, 8 different kinds of Doritos, and chocolate cake. I let him know though that in my hand was my dish of fish and broccoli and yes that is all I had!!

My sister-in-law got a new puppy they named Toby. He looks just like Boomer when she was little. I'll post a pic laster.

After posting all of the foods I have been missing out on I have found out that no matter where you are at in Indiana, you eat like a hog having the same food everywhere.

Up early this morning for 45 minute walk/run! Around the 30 min mark i'm always ready to jump off but I keep going and am happy when I do the whole thing. If I don't I will never have a body like this.

Should get my suit today!!

I wish I had your will power right now. I am struggling lately. Good job!

Your will-power is sickening--I mean that in a loving way, of course! LOL

I can't believe you passed on "on the border"! I love that place. Of course I know the reason why you did...you have a comp. coming up!!! You better have passed on that place ; )

Can't wait to see the pics of your new suit. I bet your excited.

Glad your arm hair is growing back normally ; )

Sounds like your fourth was nice. Tony sure has you working ; )

Have a great day!

Awww April! You just broght the cheasiest smile to my face. You are going to be fantastic come showtime b/c of moments like yesterday. All you have to give is your "all" and your given it. I'm jealous but so happy for you being in the place you need to be,in terms of mental state. Isnt' it a great place to be? To not realize that what you are eating has no flavor and skipping extra cardio is not an option. At this point you are a machine!

Oh, I have no doubt in my mind that you will have Holly's bod (you lucky duck!) You are so good, it makes me want to be better.

Doritos. Completely and totally banned from my house. One time they were on sale for like "Buy one get three free" or something like that and he brought home several bags.

I spotted them during a late night pantry raid and woke up the next morning surrounded by empty bags with no memory of the night before.

True story. Kind of. :)

Good job on the xtra cardio. You rock!
