5 weeks out - 114.0

So I lost a measily .4 lbs in a week! I've not gained ever since being on Tony's program so I guess that is a good thing! Well besides the 3.4 lbs on the cruise but if you saw how much I ate eek! Last week I burned 7231 cals and this week i'm only at 6058. I'll do another workout today but man my feet and legs are killing me!! I think it may be my shoes.

I still have so much to get for the show. I'm going to the mall today and buying new running shoes and i'm not going for cheap this time!! I need to get jewelry and a black zip up sweat suit also. Next week i'll head "downtown" Indianapolis. That is where I will get my MAC makeup. I may check out Merle Norman today though since the mall here where I'm at carries that. They also have Sephora too but i've just read that MAC is good so that is what i'm leaning towards.

So for so long now i've been on such a high and very positive and can't wait to workout etc.....Starting Thursday working out seems like a chore to me :( I hope it is just a little phase and when I get new shoes i'll get over it! Could also be that Mike went to a nice Italian place and then to Slippery Noodle to celebrate a friends b-day and I didn't go. Or that my best friend called and wanted to know if Saturday night I wanted to go to a club with her. Of course that was a no. I've just not had energy lately and it blows!!

I did find something I enjoyed last night though. Mike and I took a long motorcycle ride out in the country. It was just him and I with my arms around him and he couldn't hear me so he didn't have to listen to me bitch. Then we rented Fracture which was a good movie and snuggled :)

Found this on Trojans blog hmmmm......Oh well, I have only 5 weeks!!

The typical signs of over training include:

* Insomnia
* Achiness or pain in the muscles and/or joints
* Fatigue
* Headaches
* Elevated morning pulse
* Sudden inability to complete workouts
* Feeling unmotivated and lacking energy
* Increased susceptibility to colds, sore throats and other illnesses
* Loss in appetite
* Decrease in performance

Reese thanks for those! Motivated me to stay on the treadmill longer!!!

Congrats on yet another half a pound! You're doing great. Have you added any new music to your MP3 lately, that always gets me excited to go to the gym. I just added 3 very different songs myself: 1) Juicy by Better than Ezra, 2) Styx - Too Much Time on My Hands (great strong back beat for powering through intervals), and 3)I Don't Wanna Stop - Ozzy's new one and probably my fav right now is You Wouldn't Know by Hell Yeah.

Hiii there!!!!

You're welcome!!! Those videos keep me up always when i am feeling down.

You can do it girl! just 5 weeks left.

I love MAC make up, but...i also like Benefit and Bobbi Brown.

I guess MAC has good long wear products, with a matte look and resistant to sweat and that stuff (with all shades, i would go with a RED shade, because...if you go with an orange...you will look like a pumpkin, so...better a RED or PINK bronze color).

If i was you, i would buy a PRIMER (which alows the make up to hold on the skin better), a good COMPACT foundation resistant to sweat, a good fizating translucent powder (with a bit of shimmer on it or without it), and a fixating spray.

:-) If you will make up your eyes, dont go with only 1 color, but get like 4-5 colors and blend them, blend them very very well.

Also...when you put on false eyelashes, its nicer when its only in the outer corner of the eyes.

For lips, its good a lip primer+fixating. Specially for stage. And i would go with a Coral color, first a lipstick, then a shimmery gloss over it. Also a lip pencil in a darker coral color to fill the lips so the lipsitck holds on longer :-)

Anyway...hope you can find any help from here.

:-) Take care

Ok...Well remember, I didn't post those "over training comments" on the blog BUT clearly some of my friends worry about me...

You seem to be in great spirits and working hard even when tired so you're doing fantastic. Stay strong in heart and mind....you will go the distance.

Just 5 more weeks to go....you can do it!! Just remember that this is normal (Beka and others) to get to where you want to be. Those signs are great for peaple like me...who are not trying to get into competition shape, just wanting to get in shape. When this is over and you win, then you can relax some.

Stay strong and keep up the great work you've been doing! So many are so proud of you ;)

Oh...and MAC is perfect for stage make-up. I have used it for TV work and such...it's VERY dramatic and shows well from a distance.
