WOW!

April-
I just started weight training and found you as my insiration:) I came across your profile on bodyspace and I see your body as an achievable goal for me. I am 5'3" and 112 lbs. I've been a Pilates devotee for 6 years and have decided to step it up a notch by joining the gym and working my ass off...literally!! You are now taped to my fridge...hope you don't mind being there amoungst the kids drawings:)
You look fantastic! Best of luck to you in all your own goals!!

This was in my myspace message box today! That makes all of this worth it! I wish I could help other people physically and mentally but my way is to drive past the MCDonald's and yell LARD ASSES!! Yes, i'm not a people person :) I was leary about posting my pics on the internet and especially on myspace. I wanted all those "perfect" girls I went to school with though to see me now. Over 30 and getting better with age. Wow, I can't wait to workout now! I'm not feeling as puffy this is what i'm feeling like today now:

I have got to find some buffalo burgers here in Northern California. I think I've wanted to try one for two years now. Sheesh.

Congrats on the cool message!!! You are a definite inspiration to me!!!

I know exactly how you feel. Everyone I went to school with is in the McDonalds drive through and it shows. I will never be like that. You should be so very proud of yourself, you are helping people and you do not even know it sometimes.

April,

That is awesome! You put yourself out there and you never know the impact you make in someone's life! Mine included!

Love this quote by Mahatma Gandhi, "We have to be the change we want to see in the world!"

I bet you are on cloud nine with that comment...wow!!

Glad you're not stressing to much about the added weight...you have to know that it is temporary and is what you need to get more muscle growth. Enjoy this program while you can.

Hi April,

Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I found you through Tressa's blog and just thought you look so amazing in your competitions photos. You both inspire me so much to get firm and kick up the workouts to the next level. Maybe on day I will compete too. :) But until then I will firm up!!

Have a great evening and I will visit you more often.

Tasha :)
