I'm feeling it!

I'm 15 weeks out now and it's time to kick bootay! My growing phase is almost over and it's time to get the layer of fat off and see what's under there. Tony and I are both excited about it! He said he can tell my legs and shoulders have really developed so we'll see. Of course I say I don't want to do another bulk phase because mentally it's tough. Now i'm thinking I will because I want bigger shoulders!!

My regimen this time around will be totally different from the first time so I am hoping I won't be killing myself the last 2 weeks like before. We will see. He is going to have me cutting fat sooner than later so that should help. The reason I am doing so much cardio right now is to prepare for my cruise. So I would rather not be a cardio queen but that's what my body likes.

Does anyone keep a food journal? Tony asked me if I did and I said no I eat what's on the paper you give me and that's my journal. Sometimes I switch chicken for tuna, green beans for asparagus but other than that it's strictly what's on the paper. I do drink WAY to much coffee though. I stopped using brown sugar splenda though. There are little things i'll cut back on to closer towards comp. When you start to see your body transforming you get excited and it's easier to do. I'm not cutting out splenda right now because I won't see a change in my body. Now 2 weeks out from my show is a different story. Every little thing helps.

Check out what I bought at Vitamin World today. Little green tea extract viles CUTE!!

I keep a food journal...for the most part. It really helps me reflect and see the areas that need change (more water, less coffee, etc.) Of course I don't have someone telling me what to eat! If that were the case and I didn't change it for the most part, I don't know that I would jot down everything I eat.

I cannot wait to start cutting but I do not have near the muscle you do and I am doing BB. Oh gosh, I am getting nervous!

I do exactly what you do, what the paper says and switch sometimes, more fpor convienience that day. I used to keep a journal of everything I ate when doing body for life, that was the ONLY way I stayed on track.

I'm more carefull if I keep a jounal, but if I had what you had, I'd use that as the journal..isn't that the point of it??

I can't believe how close it's getting! I am soooo excited for you, and the muscle you packed on is going to kick everyone else standing next to you out of the water ;)

hi April I keep a journal too. I did not at first but now I am doing alternating calories so this is the only way I can see how many calories I am eating a day. I can't wait to see the changes as you start cutting!!!

I've just started keeping a journal again about a month ago and for now it's really helpful. I didn't when I was with T though, it was already written down for me. Have a blast this weekend - I'm so jealous!

I try to keep a food journal. :-) Mainly to track the hidden calories in foods (like in protein powder, there is like 4 grams carbs and 2-3 fat...).

You have brown splenda up there? whooaaaa, lucky you! We dont have that stuff in spain, not yet.

Ye,s closer to a comp....every tiny thing helps. BTW: you are 15 weeks out? wowowowowow. I am 26 weeks out lol!
