Still kickin!

I'm still going! My break last week really killed the pump I had though. I'm starting to get my groove back now. I think i'm about 4 lbs heavier than I was at this time last year 4.5 weeks out...BUT...i'm eating more and only doing 1 extra hour of cardio still. I'm trusting Tony knows what he's doing. I'm not sure what my body will do though YIKES!!! I did see some abs veins after my workout today though WOO! There not phenomonal yet or anything but i'll take them.

My energy was non existent today. I woke up tired and i'm still kind of tired. Not sure what that's all about. I'm not drinking coffee 3 x's a day anymore so that could be it??

I was suppose to talk with Tony Tuesday but still haven't. I guess I should give him a buzz.

I took my sister to the mall last night and bought her some new contacts. Afterwards she asked if I wanted to go to Panera Bread and eat something. That was a big NO. She said she wishes I could be normal but she knows this is just another way for me to feel good about having an eating disorder. Wow, she really does understand me. I don't know what I would do without her.

I can't believe your sister said that she sounds like something my sister would say.:) and all the people I work with ( I work at Toronto's most prestige eating disorder unit for kids and the staff there think I have problems- I just laugh it off

Wow is it 4 weeks already...where has the time gone :) Send the Bro some pictures and tell him he was suppose to call...Jeez!! That way when he calls he'll have a game plan, unless of course you've talked to him already :) I can't wait...4 weeks, so exciting :) Then it's Muscle in the City, and I have a feeling there will be no time off for you :)

Well you are lucky then, cause I'm about 10 lbs over what I was 4 weeks out last time. T keeps saying, don't worry, trust me. We'll see.

Dang, you sis said what? LOL. Oh well, some just don't understand all this unless they have gone through it. I am also heavier this time around and actually think i look better. My trainer is happy, gotta trust those trainers!

Oh my. Isn't how great family can be! Oh well. I do wonder if this sport verges on some sort of ED and obsessive compulsive behaviour, but you gotta do what you gotta do and it takes control that most don't understand. Thats why I love this sport - so many people wish they could do it, but they just don't have it mentally! Hugs to you, can't wait to see your progress.
