Are You Serious?

I went to Walmart today and the lady in front of me was buying 2 boxes of Special K, 3 boxes of their protein bars and protein waters. Are you serious? Evidentally she saw that commercial to lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks. The bad part is she wasn't even overweight. Of course who am I to judge? Before I found Tony I was doing the same things.

So one of my fitness goals is to work a booth at the Aronld. This was a goal before I became a member of Tight Curves. So now I actually have a shot at it but I don't want to do it?? I think hanging out with Angela, Stacey and Tina would be much more rewarding :) Plus Angela and I have already made plans for Starbucks on the drive there ;)

I sorta look at people's carts when I go get groceries and I really shouldn't compare my life style to anyone else's anymore. I suck.

But perhaps that woman only ate that stuff. Stupid because none of it does anything positive for her body but still.

I hate those damn commercials because its all freakin LIES that people believe!

I love seeing what people buy. Ya I don't get the Special K diet thing..how would anyone think that is healthy?

From what I hear those Arnold booths are NUTZ. If you read over on ana Tigre's site, the girl that does Muscle Milk said they are long, exhausting days for not much pay. I'm just sayin', you might want to think about it.

It's hard not to be judgmnetal of what other people eat, I do it all the time when I see someone way over weight with a cart full of chips, pop, cookies and deep fried processed foods...I think to myself WHY, why would you want to put that crap into your body...but I am sure people say the same about me like why dont you just enjoy your life and not worry about what you eat...to each there own I guess!

And as far as the booth at the Arnold, I think it would be really draining and would be much more fun to just watch the show and take it all in so you know what to expect when you will be standing on there one day!

It is just nuts the things you see the New Years Resolution people doing...been there done that...but look at where your New Years Resolution of a few years back got you...just have to trip on the right program...the one and only program :) Okay so I go a little overboard sometimes but for good reason!!

And if your going to work any booth it should be the DreamBodies booth...I'm just sayin :)

There are so many people out there that are simply uneducated. They believe what the ads tell them.

I guess it is up to us, the ones who know about fitness and who have used professional trainers to show them the light and point them in the right direction! :)

I went to WalMart yesterday. On the belt, I had placed fresh veggies, fish, fat free cottage cheese, eggs. In other words, lean/clean/green. Behind me, I couldn't help but notice that the woman had the exact antithesis of my order. Vienna sausages. Ramen noodles. Honey Buns. Coca-Cola. Hostess Twinkies. Frozen pizza. I actually laughed out loud, thinking that there was not one healthy item in her cart. The cashier probably thought I was crazy, laughing to myself.
