Got my hair did

Short post. Found a new pic that is a little shorter than the one posted. Husband has camera with him. I gave my Tool ticket to one of his friends who has been a fan longer than me. Good wife. LOVE my short hair. Crappy camera phone pic. Gotta go do more cardio. 117.8 this morning!!!!!!!

I got up this morning and did my 45 min walk/run and my legs are so sore!! They have been sore all week. I better start slimming down soon.

I'm am on vacation tomorrow! I'm gonna go shopping of course, Kohl's is having a huge sale like normal!!

Long road ahead!

This Saturday will mark 12 weeks until my first competition!! I am celebrating by doing 6 - 45 minute cardio sessions a week! That is on top of my Tony workouts! So I will be getting up at 4:55 a.m. every morning UGH! Why am I doing this? Because I believe in myself, I know I can do this. I will get up on that stage and be the best me I can be.

I had a love/hate workout yesterday. Love shoulders, hate biceps but it rocked! I have veins on my shoulders and in my abs YIPPEE!! Today was killer ab day my fave!

My arms look pretty good in my work bathroom mirror that I may actually take my camera to work and take a pic!! Trying to remind myself why I am doing 45 min extra cardio a day.

Just for fun tonight I shaved my arms!! No more gorilla arms!

I did it I did it!

I made it all day without eating any of the the no bake cookies that were on the desk next to me!! MMMM.......The chocolatey, peanut buttery and oatmeal treasures were calling my name but I didn't answer!

Also, Tony loves the suit I have chosen! He also told me to keep him posted on the hair.
I didn't tell him i'm getting it chopped I just said i'm trying to let it grow out. Maybe i'll mail the hair to him LOL!

Slow and Steady.....Right?

Here are some pictures. I wouldn't quite call them progress pictures but they should be. I can see changes or new things happening to my body so I guess I should be happy. My weight this morning was 119.2! At least I didn't gain anything. I am going to weigh tomorrow too because after breakfast I think I dropped the 10 lbs i've been holding all week.

My head looks really small? Maybe my shoulders are getting wider!

I don't believe i'll ever be happy with this shot.

I need some serious posing practice. The pooch is getting smaller though I think?

I can't wait to get my hair cut off, it always feels so much better.

I did take a ride on the bike with Mikey Only two miles to my mom's and that is really all I can handle. Those crotch rockets are so uncomfortable. Plus I felt like a bobble head with my helmet on.

Worked my back tonight which is always a pleasure. Tonight is movie night!! It use to be pizza and movie night but you know how that goes.

So I have this vision of my hair at contest time. It would be to the middle of my back and I would put it in rollers, wear the sides up and it would be red and stand out. Well, things have changed and I can't take it anymore!!! I am getting it chopped next Friday, before the Tool concert YIPPEE!

I'm going to give this to my beautician. Every picture I give her to cut it like, she does the exact style perfectly. Of course, that is the last time it looks that good but oh well.

I have to weigh in on Saturday. I haven't done anything silly like no carb etc....that he usually has me do so we'll see?

MEN!!

Well look at was in my spot in the garage.

My hubby decided he wanted another bike. He okayed it by saying I have Tony every month so he can have a bike payment every month??? Tony isn't a money waster and he knows that. If he only knew what I wasted my $$$ on. That is what is great about our marriage my $$$ is mine and his is his. We never argue over it!! It's awesome.

Plus I know he doesn't have a payment since he paid in cash.

We talked the other day how we must just really like being together because we don't have kids or anything holding us down. I don't mean that every marriage is together because of kids, that didn't come out right. I'm just trying to say that we really love each other.

Enough mushy crap. Today I had a great shoulder workout and I increased the weights on my lateral side raises and my overhead press YIPPEE! Oh, and I love doing shrugs by the way. I got up early this morning and did a 20 walk at 10% incline, just enough to break a little sweat. Yesterday I did legs and once again increased all my weights!! Watch out this girl is going to be buff! Until Tony has me doing double cardio and eating no carbs

Oh yeah, and Thursday is Angela's b-day and i'm going to eat 5 peanut M&M's to celebrate!!

Suit update!

It's on order! Amy from http://www.posingwear.com/ was so nice! I would recommend her to anyone who lives around Indiana or Ohio! Heck anywhere! I ordered a suit from her website although she will duplicate any suit or design you like. My suit will look like this only in turquoise:

I've been looking at pics of shows around here and a lot of girls have the non strapped sides so I though I would go for it. The best part is last week when I took my hip measurement it was a 37 and this weekend when she measured me it was a 36!!! YIPPEE! If you look closely you can see there are cameo's in the suit. This is what sold me. It reminds me of my grandma. They are black though so she is going to look for cream colored ones. If she can't find them she will replace them with crystals. If I need anything or something isn't right she says to come on over and she will do whatever it takes. She also asked what cup size I would like to be? C or B, I chose B because I just look odd with anything bigger.

Mike and I had a nice road trip to Cincy and we took Boomer too:) Oh yeah the best part about this is the suit cost $153.50!! My jaw dropped when she told me the price. I feel like I am ripping her off. She competed in 2003 and said that the suit prices are outrageous. There is no reason a suit should cost over $200. Of course unless you are a pro and the whole thing is stoned. I know I shouldn't count my chickens before they hatch about the quality but she had a couple hanging up that she is working on and they were gorgeous!! I should get the suit in 3-4 weeks and she told me DO NOT freak out when you try it on. The bottoms WILL be snug. She said I will be surprised at how much I lose in the last 3 weeks.
