Well it was back to the routine today. Ack! I like routine life though so I don't know why i'm complaining.
I can't wait for this weekend!! I am going to an NPC show here in Indy!! I am also meeting my posing coach YIPPEE!!
I had a great shoulder workout today and an awesome leg workout yesterday! My weights keep increasing which makes me a happy girl.
I got a new Monica Brant tank in the mail today! I love my arms in this picture:
I wanted one with white writing but it said she'll send what she has. I still like it!
I got my new diet plan from Tony yesterday. Not much has changed too severely. I'll just keep trucking away!!

Hey that was the first thing I noticed - your arms. And shoulders!! Looking GOOD!! I got the chicken or chocolate t-shirt. I feel like a poseur wearing it though, since I'm not totally trim. I have just enough flab to where someone would look at me and say, "clearly, she chooses chocolate sometimes."

I had to catch up, and I'm glad you are happy with the scale now. you should never worry about it...you are doing everything you are suppoesed to be doing so you needn't worry. You're doing awesome!! Keep it up ;)
