Hooray! I am staying home today 
Sears is suppose to come and check out my treadmill this morning. So I have had two cups of coffee, took out the trash and cleaned the kitchen. I love days off of work. Except when it looks like this
That's my trash can lid dang it, it blew off. Today is leg day and I will try and use my smith machine so I can lift heavier. Then after I fry my legs I will be doing this
