Just thought I would let you guys know that my arm hair is growing back as soft and blonde as it was before I got crazy and shaved it off!!!
Oh, and Angela, I would take a pic of the veins except they are only there when I am lifting and Mike is never around to take a pic then LOL!!!

LOL....i did shave my arms before....i'll never do that again. My arms look better with the hair than without, plus it feels like sensitive-less when i dont have the hair lol.
I would manage to take a pic if i had a vein loool,,,,even if i had to hold the camera with my foot loool.

I've been shaving my arms since jr. high, just a habit now. Finally I was able to talk to Tony myself and like you I must send him some pics :( By the way as you mentioned in my comments, you will have no problem losing 12lbs in 12wks, in fact i'm sure you will lose more than 12.
I appreciate the update and the comments from others, although that just leaves me on the fence as to whether or not to do it myself. *sigh*
